In the latest version of Chrome for Android (ver 29) WebRTC is already enabled by default. Our tests show that in Firefox Nightly for Android WebRTC is also available and enabled by default , so looks like WebRTC will appear in release version of Firefox for Android soon. Zingaya widget will automatically detect if WebRTC support is available and use it instead of Flash.
P.S. We had to temporarily disable WebRTC support for Firefox 23 , because of bug with audio playback. You can learn more about it at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=901527
